How to Request a Price Match

If you find a lower price from a qualifying retailer, please follow these steps:

• Provide a screenshot of the product page and a link to the competitor’s website showing the lower price on the day you call.
• Our team will verify the claim before confirming a price match.

Please note that we cannot offer partial refunds after a purchase has been made. To qualify for a price match, the request must be made before completing your purchase on Herbanation.com.

Nature of the Competitor

To be eligible for a price match, the competitor must meet the following criteria:

• The competitor must be a registered business in India.
• The competitor must be registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• The competitor must have a physical store located within India.
• The competitor must not be an unauthorized distributor.

We reserve the right to determine which competitors are eligible for price matching based on the above criteria.

Product Specifications and Availability

For a price match to be considered, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be an exact match in model, description, and specifications to the one offered on Herbanation.com.
• The product must be available for immediate purchase and in stock at the competitor’s store.
• The competitor’s price must include GST and any delivery charges.
• The product being price-matched has to be exclusive of any special offer prices, e.g. Sale.
• The price being matched has to be a genuine price and not an error.
• You will need to provide a link to the product and include a screenshot of the price.
• We can’t match a price if our company would make a loss in doing so.
• We don’t price match against in-store prices.
• The product’s manufacturing date must be the same or newer than our product. Older products or those near expiration do not qualify.

This ensures that price matching is conducted on identical products with equivalent features and terms. Products that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for price matching.

• Price matching is limited to one item per customer and may not be combined with other offers or promotions.
