1.1 Thaha Associates (“Herbanation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of India, operates an online marketplace at www.Herbanation.com. The Platform allows various vendors to sell their products and/or services, enabling different buyers to purchase these products and/or services (“User” or “Users” or “you”).
1.2 Policy Overview: This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions, sets out our policies and procedures for the delivery and shipping of products purchased on the Platform.
1.3 Service Scope: We provide shipping and delivery of our products across India. We partner with leading logistics service providers to ensure a hassle-free experience and timely delivery of your ordered products.
1.4 Agreement to Terms: By using the Platform and/or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by this Policy. We encourage you to read and understand the terms every time you visit the Platform. If you do not agree, please refrain from using, accessing, or transacting on the Platform.
TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
2.1 Logistics Partners: We collaborate with third-party logistics service providers (“Logistic Partners”) to ship and deliver products. Dispatch timelines typically range from 24 hours after placing the order. You will receive an estimated delivery timeline at the order confirmation page and tracking details via email and/or SMS. We reserve the right to ship and deliver products ourselves.
2.2 Shipping Rates:
For order values equal to or above ₹750.00, shipping is FREE.
For order values below ₹749.99, the shipping rates are:

2.3 Un-serviceable Areas: We may determine certain areas as un-serviceable. If your area is un-serviceable, you will be notified at the time of placing an order.
2.4 Accurate Information: Ensure that all provided information (name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact details) is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect information.
2.5 Delivery Attempts: Our Logistic Partners will make up to three attempts over three days to deliver your product. If unsuccessful, the order may be canceled, and we reserve the right to deduct shipping charges during refunds.
2.6 Delivery Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to logistical issues, weather conditions, political disruptions, Acts of God, or other unforeseeable circumstances. We will attempt to inform you of delays but disclaim liability for such delays.
2.7 Delivery Conduct: We ensure professionalism among our delivery personnel and Logistic Partners. However, we are not liable for actions, inactions, or disputes between you and the delivery personnel.
2.8 Order Tracking: After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your order status. While we strive for accuracy, tracking status may vary due to technical difficulties.
2.9 Shipping Fees: Shipping charges may vary based on order value, product type, and delivery area. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products. The title and risk of products pass to you upon delivery.
2.10 Return Process: Returns are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners. Returns and exchanges are processed as per our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
