Padigara Parpam is a traditional Siddha medicine renowned for its efficacy in treating various genitourinary disorders. It is primarily composed of purified potassium aluminum sulfate, known as ‘Padigaram’ in Tamil, which is processed through specific Siddha methodologies to enhance its therapeutic properties.

Benefits of SKM Padigara Parpam:

• Urinary Disorders: Effective in addressing retention of urine (Neerkattu), painful micturition (Neer tharai erivu), urinary obstruction (Neeradaippu), and inflammation of the urogenital organs (Neerthaarai azharchi).
• Hematuria: Assists in treating blood in urine (Raththa moothiram).
• Gonorrhea: Beneficial for managing symptoms associated with gonorrhea (Vettai).
• Stomatitis: Provides relief from mouth ulcers and inflammation (Vaaipun).
• Menstrual Disorders: Useful in alleviating dysmenorrhea (Soothaga soolai) and menorrhagia (Perum paadu).

How to Use:

• Dosage: 200–300 mg twice daily after food.
• Adjuvants: Can be taken with ghee or honey. Alternatively, it may be administered along with juices of specific plants such as Aerva lanata (Sirupeelai samoola saaru), Asteracantha longifolia (Neermulli samoola saaru), or Tribulus terrestris (Siru nerunji samoola saaru) to enhance its efficacy.
